Konica Colour copier/printer/scanner in ECSE department

ECSE staff and and postgraduates are now able to use the Konica Color copier/printer/scanner.

Postgraduates are to print to

\\ecse-cluster\KMC450-B72-228-PCL Building 72 Room 228

Staff and academics are to print to

\\ecse-cluster\KMC450-B35-218-pcl Building 35 Room 218

\\ecse-cluster\KMC450-B35-110-PCL Building 35 Room 110

Attached are instructions on how to configure and print to these Konicas. You can see them also on R:\printer Drivers\Setting up network Printing for Konica in Windows XP.pdf Where R:=\\ecse-cluster\public

Mac users will have to download and install the printer driver locally.

For scanning and photocopying on the these Konicas

To login :

1. Press the username button on the screen.
2. type in login name and ok button.
   1. a. or enter first letter of login name and press list button (top right of screen) and select user name from list. And press ok.
3. Press password button.
4. enter password (id number) and press ok.
5. Press access button (left of the number one button on key pad)
6. Now can copy or scan documents.
7. To log off press the access button.

To copy.

1. change the auto colour to black, if coping a colour document in black and white.
2. To log off press the access button.

To scan.

1. press scan button above the number two button on key pad.
2. select address book.
3. select email address
4. press start button.
5. To log off press the access button.
