Error Messages

Error : Service Call 02-12
Seems that if you hold the "PUSH" button too long on the paper tray this error occurs.
Printer locks out local and remote Administrator access as well. Ask Daryl Gaspero what the solution to this is - does it need a konica tech to come and reset the copier?

Leave it for a few days

Perhaps Daryl can tell you precisely how many days.
Looks like about two weeks or more on the color printers.
Spare toner in the cupboards.
If we run out of toner in the cupboard [as in only one or two left of black and only one spare of each color Again ask daryl what's the approriate number - and then get a sign stuck in toner cupboard for when daryl is on leave]- phone konica with the serial number and they will send some out the next day well perhaps within a week or two:(

Simple - put in new ones! - very easy and fast in the b&w 750. Leave at least one spare staple set in general office on shelf behind H.Brown.
