Removing Users

To remove users from TWiki (There seems to be a spate of chinese spam twiki user creation)

Remove the twiki-named files in twiki/data/Main
Remove the line with their name from twiki/data/Main/TWikiUsers.txt (may have to use vi)
Remove the line with their name from twiki/data/.htpasswd

Spam user prevention

To prevent them creating the user again (while Dan works out how to make the .htaccess restriction work with register/Main/WebHome)

DO NOT delete the .htpasswd line or twiki-named files!
Instead edit their userfile, delete everything and set the twiki webchange preference to DanGrimm or similiar.

AND edit the .htpasswd and change their encrypted password - shove in a few xxxxxyyyyy to break it
