ccmake is a character based GUI to interactively modify the variables which are then stored in CMakeCache.txt. If you want to reconfigure everything again you'll have to delete this file manually. Whenever you change the CMakeLists.txt you can enter cmake in the top level directory to generate a new set of Makefiles. For further information on CMake please refer to http://www.cmake.org for documentation. Warning never do cmake or ccmake in any subdirectory otherwise you may lose control of that directory from the top directory IPv6Suite/ .
